Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Confirm you’re on the latest app version from the App Store.
  2. Try a full app restart (swipe away) and reopen.
  3. Check internet connectivity and VPN/proxy settings.
  4. Sign out and back into your Apple ID if purchase status seems out of sync.
  5. Use Restore Purchases from the Account screen.
