Quick Help
- Restore Purchases: Open the app → Account → Restore Purchases. If you don’t see Premium right away, fully quit and reopen the app.
- Premium Not Unlocking: Ensure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase. Try Restore Purchases and confirm network connectivity.
- Motivation Notifications: In the app, check Settings → AI Generated Message Settings. On iOS, verify Settings → Notifications → I’m Done Drinking are allowed.
- Edit Quit Date or Drink Details: Use the dashboard’s quit date editor and drink list to update stats. Values update immediately.
- Account Deletion: In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us (see below) and we’ll assist.

Subscriptions & Purchases
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual). Pricing is shown in-app and on the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in the iOS Settings app under Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Confirm you’re on the latest app version from the App Store.
- Try a full app restart (swipe away) and reopen.
- Check internet connectivity and VPN/proxy settings.
- Sign out and back into your Apple ID if purchase status seems out of sync.
- Use Restore Purchases from the Account screen.
